Description
The Grapes Come From The Preisen Vineyard In Pfaffstätten. By Processing The Grapes Very Gently, We Can Fill A Very Clean Must Into Used Barrique Barrels. This Must Then Gets A Lot Of Time And Ferments At Higher Fermentation Temperatures. Furthermore, We Add About 10% Whole Berries To The Must To Create A Complexity In The Wine. The Wine Remains On The Lees Until April And Is Stirred Every 2 Weeks. This Results In A Very Full-Bodied, Powerful White Wine With A Beautiful, Varietal Fruit On The Nose.
